SUMMER SCHOOL – Summer learning program will be held on Tuesdays and Wednesdays in June and July. Information for K-5 students is in this week’s folders! Students in grades 6-8 that are interested, please contact Mrs. Kuehl at 252-4500 ext. 3108. High school students may contact Mr. Faust at 252-4500 ext. 3142

LUNCH – The last two weeks of school will be Cooks Choice for lunch. At that time Jacki will be serving whatever will make up meals to try to empty out the freezer. She should know by the 21st of May what she will be serving. Please feel free to email her as jknoph@bigbayschool.com  if you would like to know what those meals will be. However, sometimes meals change if need be. 

ATHLETIC BANQUET – May 26th at 1:00 – This will NOT be open to the public. It will be live streamed.

BASKETBALL 2021 INTEREST MEETING – Directly following the Athletic Awards on Wednesday, May 26th there will be a spring meeting for this past season’s varsity basketball team and boys in the 7th-12th grades next year who are interested in playing on the team. Tentative schedule for summer events (camps, open gyms, etc.) will be handed out. Pizza will be served. Location will be announced once it is determined. Rides home for those who need it will be available.  

SOFTBALL CLINIC – Manistique Little League will be holding a series of softball clinics in June to provide an opportunity for the girls to play some ball, stay engaged, and build their skills. We will be offering softball clinics for the girls in the 10U to 14U age group. Clinics will be held from 6-7 pm on the following dates:
Mon. June 7 at Central Field
Wed. June 9 at Cardinal Field
Mon. June 14 at Central Field
Mon. June 21 at Central Field
Wed. June 23 at Cardinal Field
Former college softball player Gracie Boyle has volunteered to plan drills and run all three weeks of the clinics. If you are interested in participating, please contact Tori Irving at 906-458-1210.
